Microphone Calls Disabled On Some iPhone 7 & 7 Plus Devices – Says Apple

Apple company has today 4th of May 2018 announced that some of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus running on iOS 11.3 or later may have an issue of microphone use when making or receiving calls on the device.

According to a sure source, it was confirmed that the device affected will see their speaker button in grey color when making calls or or video chat on any enabled app and this affects the devices running 11.3 or later operating system.

However, the apple company have been aware of this and working on fixing the bug and analyses the possible solutions to the issue as below;

1. Unpair any Bluetooth devices and accessories connected to the phone.

2. Running audio diagnostics on the iPhone device to know if it needs repair getting messages like “Device unable yo detect dock”.

Best advice given by the apple team is that the user with the warranty should take their iPhone to the store genius bar to fix the bug we are discussing here. Repair cost may apply.
